Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will be responsible for providing high quality care to patients with complex medical conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and assess patient progress, administer medications, and coordinate patient care plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patient condition and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a PCU setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
